BAKE is the place in Cherngtalay for meeting up, perking up and fuelling up at any time of the day. We serve an array of tasty food alongside French-patisserie style pastries and daily baked artisanal bread all complimented by freshly home-roasted coffee. With an airy and spacious al fresco dining area, mealtimes, gatherings or meetings can be enjoyed all day long in fresh air or in contemporary air-conditioned cool comfort.

A passion for the art of baking is at the heart of BAKE. Our delicate pastries are uniquely created in Phuket with patisserie techniques from France that result in a treasure trove of colourful and sugary delights. As many of the pastries are intricate, only a well-trained hand can execute them flawlessly and we are proud of serving the Phuket community great quality sweet indulgence and freshly baked bread for over 15 years.

LOVE AT FIRST SIP

We collaborate with Bangkok’s ARTIS Coffee which specializes in single-origin 100% Arabica coffee grown in the cooler climate in the Hill Tribes and the Golden Triangle. All the beans are roasted here on-site by our Roast Master and your cup of coffee is made to perfection by our baristas. We also serve tea, smoothies, juice and soft drinks and our outdoor bar is a social hub where new friends can be met over a cold beer or a glass of wine.

We are fiercely obsessive about every single detail involved in crafting each and every loaf. From sourcing the flour and the various processes of developing the perfect dough, each of the meticulous steps taken create a delicious product for you to enjoy. Either indulge whilst you are here with us or take away loaves to share. We have a great selection to choose from including gluten-free (made to order).

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

In addition to baked goods, our all-day dining options offer a variety of delicious dishes that can be enjoyed at any time. Whether you’re refuelling after exercise or filling up for the day ahead, breakfast is a popular time to drop in. Throughout the day enjoy savoury sandwiches and salads, rotisserie chicken and shawarma, as well as a variety of tasty wood-fired pizzas and flatbreads.

BAKE is a great meeting place located at the entrance to Laguna making it a convenient place to have coffee with friends, work chats and enjoying some ‘you time’. Relax in our large modern dedicated outdoor and shaded area, and enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner and be sure to enjoy the bar area! Our external dining areas are both child and dog friendly and serve as a great place to meet up and enjoy a slice of Phuket life.
